Tier 1 IT Technician

We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting Assist with computer setups, maintenance, and repairs Support networking and Microsoft environments Perform cabling and on-site installation work Deliver friendly and professional customer service Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of computers, networking, or IT support Familiarity with Microsoft Server Operating Systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field Physical Requirements This position includes cabling and equipment installation work, so applicants should be physically fit and able to lift equipment, climb ladders when needed, and work in various environments.
