ASAP Qualifications Must have competent computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Windows applications and operating systems; significant successful related experience in computer and network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair; basic network administration (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Cisco IP Telephony, routers and switches, 802.11 Wireless). Preference will be given to individuals with relative industry certifications or comparable experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to) Provides exceptional customer service at all times. Installs, configures, and maintains work stations and associated peripherals at assigned school locations and maintains an accurate inventory of school technologies. Provides district-wide remote support as part of a help desk team and will be asked to work collaboratively throughout the other schools in the district. Performs basic network administration tasks such as creating user accounts, adding computers to the domain, provisioning IP phones, creating printer shares, pulling cable and installing wireless access points, etc. Position will cover Blanding Elementary School and the District Office Building. Salary Career Classified Salary Schedule Range 17: $28.25/hour Hours Full time, 8 hours per day, year round. Applications Must submit application, resume, and copy of any licenses held.
