Job Description
The Endpoint Operations Technician II is responsible for supporting enterprise device lifecycle and imaging operations within a high-volume IT support and deployment environment. This role focuses on laptop imaging, provisioning, troubleshooting, asset readiness, and operational support activities that enable scalable endpoint services across a large corporate enterprise. This position operates within a fast-paced imaging and device operations environment where accuracy, consistency, process discipline, and technical troubleshooting are critical to success. The ideal candidate is capable of following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while also exercising sound judgment, identifying operational issues, and maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. Successful candidates will possess a strong technical foundation, demonstrate reliability in production-oriented environments, and be comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with detailed operational processes. Key Responsibilities Perform laptop and endpoint imaging, provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities following established SOPs and operational workflows Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, peripheral, and imaging-related issues across Windows and macOS environments Execute device lifecycle activities including receiving, staging, deployment preparation, asset validation, and operational quality checks Support enterprise endpoint operations in a high-volume imaging and logistics-oriented environment with strong attention to detail and process accuracy Document technical findings, operational updates, and issue resolution activities within ticketing and asset management systems Escalate technical or operational issues appropriately to minimize service disruption and workflow delays Maintain compliance with security, inventory control, and operational handling procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support changing business priorities and operational demands Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, operational efficiency, and process optimization Maintain professionalism, accountability, punctuality, and reliability within a team-oriented environment

Fully onsite at enterprise imaging and device operations facility Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Hours:

Must be comfortable supporting evolving operational priorities and workflow demands Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint devices in a corporate IT, imaging, depot, or technical support environment Experience troubleshooting Windows and/or macOS operating systems and endpoint hardware issues Experience following documented operational procedures and technical workflows with strong attention to detail Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced operational environments Experience working within ticketing, inventory, or asset management systems High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise imaging, deployment, or endpoint lifecycle operations Familiarity with imaging and endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, MDT, or similar technologies Experience working in enterprise depot, warehouse, logistics, or device operations environments Associate's degree or technical certification in Information Technology or related field CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certifications Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and contributing to process improvements Ability to operate effectively with limited supervision in high-throughput operational environments Top Required Skills Enterprise endpoint troubleshooting and device support experience Laptop imaging, deployment, provisioning, or device lifecycle operations Strong technical troubleshooting and operational process execution Ability to follow SOP-driven workflows with high accuracy and consistency Experience working in fast-paced enterprise IT operational environments Top Required Skills Enterprise endpoint troubleshooting and device support experience Laptop imaging, deployment, provisioning, or device lifecycle operations Strong technical troubleshooting and operational process execution Ability to follow SOP-driven workflows with high accuracy and consistency Experience working in fast-paced enterprise IT operational environments #LI-TK3
