Role Description:

Our client is seeking a Network Technician to join the Network and Telephony team in Renton, WA. This role provides Level 1 onsite support and troubleshooting for network and telephony-related issues across multiple locations. The technician will assist with maintenance of LAN, wireless, WAN, and voice/data networks. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and supporting network and telephony hardware and software, including: Phones Routers LAN switches Wireless Servers Backup systems Network management and diagnostic tools

Must Haves:

2+ years of experience providing onsite field support for hardware and software issues related to Network and Telephony systems. Hands-on experience performing onsite hardware work including: Installing and replacing devices Physically installing new equipment Crimping cable ends Assisting with OS-related troubleshooting Replacing routers, access points, and phones Experience installing and supporting Cisco routers and switches. Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience providing white glove / customer-facing support. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between the Renton-area Kaiser Permanente locations.

Plusses:

Experience working with LAN and WAN tools. Experience supporting IT systems in hospital or healthcare environments. Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred; required for conversion). 1422421SEA-JT_1777503653
