Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Metrics Development Lead the Data squad to define and develop business, usage, productivity, and platform performance metrics for Adjuster Desktop. Partner with the Claims Business Intelligence team to develop relevant dashboards. Collaborate with UX teams to create data visualizations and transform data into innovative dashboard designs. Continuously track metrics, derive and present trends to Product Owners and leadership team. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Manage stakeholder expectations and represent the voice of the customer. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across digital transformation domains to ensure overall alignment. Backlog & Prioritization Prioritize the squad backlog in partnership with the Data & Insights tech lead. Define, refine, and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks daily, including dependencies with other squads Facilitate planning of team sprints to reaffirm priorities and agree on business requirements. Specify acceptance criteria for each user story and write acceptance tests. Data Gap Analysis & Solution Development Understand data gaps and work with the data team to bridge gaps and generate better insights. Integrate usability studies and research into solution requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Product Leadership Own holistic team performance to business objectives and outcomes to deliver Chubb's digital claim experience. Balance cross-functional inputs to set direction for squad and own the solution strategy. Coach development and design teams with detailed guidance during solution development. Qualifications Background in user and/or business data analytics Business intelligence product experience (preferred). Insurance industry background (preferred). Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle related to the insurance tech industry. Experience in Agile methodologies; certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus. Experience with customer journeys and customer experience, especially in insurance industry contexts. Functional Competencies Ability to combine deep business and product knowledge with technical know-how on digital and insurtech solutions, processes, and partnerships. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically. Experience managing and launching insurtech or digital solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with senior leaders. Strong self-motivator, with a contagious ability to spread energy to the team. Knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices. Technical Competencies Experience working with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms. Ability to track and measure processes, solution progress, and outcomes using well-defined KPIs tied to OKRs. Experience collaborating with UX teams to create dashboards and data visualizations. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data trends. The pay range for the role is $105,000 to $145,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.
