We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and data to helping organizations turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable, high-impact products.

This role is designed for a hybrid thinker and doer: someone who can define strategy, frame value, and also roll up their sleeves to dig into the details, and help inform execution. You'll work across multiple initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and guide delivery from concept to early production.
What You'll Do:
1. Shape Ambiguous Opportunities into Clear Product DirectionIdentify and define business problems through research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis, solving across people, process, and technologyTranslate loosely defined ideas into structured product opportunitiesDevelop product strategies, vision statements, and initiative chartersFrame and quantify business value, including KPIs and success metrics2. Drive End-to-End Product DefinitionBreak down opportunities into capabilities, features, and prioritized backlogsCreate high-level roadmaps that balance speed, feasibility, and impactDefine MVP scope and iterate toward scalable solutions3. Lead Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with stakeholders across business, data science, and engineeringAct as the connective tissue between strategy and execution teamsFacilitate alignment, drive decisions, and navigate competing prioritiesCommunicate progress and recommendations to leadership4. Support Execution & DeliveryWork alongside engineering and data teams during delivery cyclesRefine requirements and adapt scope based on learningsEnsure solutions are aligned to intended business outcomesHelp unblock teams and maintain momentum across workstreams5. Evaluate and Scale InitiativesAssess existing initiatives for viability, scalability, and valueIdentify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for consolidationRecommend pathways to evolve pilots into enterprise-grade solutionsContribute to governance, measurement, and sustainability frameworks6. Lead Through Relationships (On the Ground)Serve as the primary, trusted partner to stakeholders on-site in Palm Beach GardensBuild strong, authentic relationships across business, product, and technology teamsNavigate organizational dynamics, align priorities, and drive decision-makingBe the relational glue that keeps delivery teams connected, informed, and moving forward7. Be Accountable for Quality Across WorkstreamsEnsure consistency and quality of output across multiple product strategists and initiativesReview and elevate key deliverables (charters, problem statements, roadmaps, value frameworks)Coach others on structuring problems, telling clearer stories, and tightening executionAct as a bar-raiser for what "good" looks like in product strategy and service design8. Identify and Expand OpportunitiesProactively identify new opportunities to deepen or expand the workConnect dots across initiatives to uncover additional value or unmet needsHelp shape follow-on efforts and articulate the value of continued investmentContribute to growing the product strategy and service design footprint within the organization

The targeted base salary pay range for Principal Consultant in Miami FL, is $130,000 to $179,000 per year. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
