Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Bank agile team to translate business strategy into a valued product for members. You will act as the voice of the end-user, prioritize the backlog, and drive outcomes with a data-driven approach. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality member experience and alignment with risk and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on product leadership position shaping HELOC-focused initiatives within a mission-driven, service-oriented culture.

  • Drive and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and ensure quality member experiences
  • Clarify and align the business strategy and goals with the Team-of-Teams Lead
  • Prioritize and groom the Bank agile team's backlog and define acceptance criteria
  • Use data-driven decision making to allocate funds, track OKRs, and deliver on product success
  • Act as the voice of the end-user and gather customer feedback
  • Manage risks, remove impediments, and optimize flow in a multi-team environment
  • Lead or contribute to projects with moderate complexity and ensure compliance with policies Tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related experience
  • 6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies
  • Experience analyzing requirements, processes, and use cases to improve efficiency within risk/regulatory constraints
  • Experience with process engineering methodologies
  • Understanding of banking, regulatory and compliance policies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills Key requirements
