This role will support the development of internal and external-facing SaaS applications and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in human resources as well as gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and managing work in an Agile environment. Top Skills - Must Haves Business Analysis Requirements Gathering Agile / SDLC Required Experience 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner Strong communication skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system and application specifications Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Nice to Have Skills UX/UI experience (wireframing, prototyping) Basic systems design or programming knowledge Experience supporting cloud-based or enterprise software products Background in HR systems, onboarding platforms, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) Responsibilities Gather and understand business functionality from multiple stakeholders and translate it into clear system and application requirements Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet defined specifications Manage and prioritize a product backlog while overseeing multiple business initiatives Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery Identify opportunities for process and product improvement and help implement enhancements Support and train end users as needed Develop and maintain project and reporting requirements Become a subject matter expert within assigned business domains Balance business priorities against overall product and organizational goals Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of related professional experience, including leading small to medium-sized projects Applied knowledge of Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proficiency in system design concepts Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred Employee Value Proposition Work on a product with enterprise-wide impact that is actively used by end users Direct involvement in product build and decision-making Family-oriented culture with high employee satisfaction and tenure Stable organization with a history of growth and no major downsizing Engaging office culture with team events, celebrations, and community activities Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.
