As a Digital Product Owner II, you will define, deliver, and optimize customer-facing digital experiences across mobile, web, and emerging channels. You will work in a "just-right" environment—small enough to truly own your product roadmap, yet large enough to be supported by dedicated Engineering, Design, Data, and Risk partners. You'll tackle ambiguous problems, bring structure to complexity, and ship meaningful customer impact. With expanded scale and integration work tied to the Comerica acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to lead high-visibility, high-impact initiatives from day one. You will sit within yards of the people you need to get the job done (and escalate when needed)—CTOs, CIOs, Product Leaders, and Strategy Officers—so decisions happen fast. We want smart, driven people who love to solve tough problems—especially ambiguous ones that require structured thinking and cross‑functional collaboration. Risk & Compliance Accountability You will identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks of all types while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will operate within the Bank's risk appetite, follow policies and procedures, elevate concerns, and foster transparency. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 5-7 years of related experience. Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with Consumer and Business banking digital products such as: Money Movement Online Bill Payment Transfers Payments Credit/Debit Card Self-Service features Authentication Alerts Solid digital product management background. Experience working in Agile development preferred. Ability to have fun and a willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo. Effortlessly collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving. Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well‑thought‑out, simple solutions. Ability to self-motivate and work well independently and with different teams. Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization.
