In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities. Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. The Opportunity As part of the People Technology team you will support the design and execution of AI-enabled solutions that enhance PwC's people experience. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to work with product managers, technologists, and HR leaders, allowing you to grow in innovation and analytical decision-making within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in technology, product support, business analysis, HR technology, or digital delivery
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrated proficiency through specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, digital transformation, product support, data analysis, or people-focused technology solutions. Generally, one to three years of relevant experience may be considered for each missing year of college. What Sets You Apart
