We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled AI/ML Product Owner to join our innovative and dynamic team. Candidates are required to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN. AI/ML Product Owner | About You As an AI/ML Product Owner, you are responsible for shaping product vision, strategy, and delivery for data‑intensive, AI‑enabled solutions that support critical business areas. You are highly data‑minded, with the ability to understand and reason through complex datasets, data flows, and analytical outputs without needing to write queries yourself. You bring strong product leadership skills, curiosity about AI/ML and automation, and a forward‑looking mindset as intelligent and agentic solutions become central to the platform roadmap. You partner closely with engineering, data, and architecture teams to guide solutioning decisions, align stakeholders, and ensure products deliver meaningful, scalable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone motivated by innovation, complexity, and the future of AI‑driven products. AI/ML Product Owner | Day-to-Day Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy, data priorities, and emerging AI/ML capabilities. Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, data complexity, technical feasibility, and cross‑team dependencies. Partner closely with developers, data engineers, data scientists, and architects to design and deliver scalable, cloud‑ready solutions. Lead product solutioning discussions, ensuring complex data considerations (e.g., large, sensitive, or highly integrated datasets) are well understood and addressed. Incorporate AI/ML, automation, and agentic capabilities into product initiatives where they drive meaningful business impact. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams. Track KPIs, adoption, and product performance, using insights to guide enhancements and long‑term roadmap decisions. AI/ML Product Owner | Skills & Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in technology‑driven roles, with at least 5 years in Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or similar leadership roles. Strong data acumen with the ability to understand complex datasets, data pipelines, and analytical outputs, even without hands‑on querying. Experience working with or alongside AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives, with a strong interest in applying these capabilities at scale. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Proven ability to lead backlog prioritization, technical solutioning discussions, and cross‑functional delivery in Agile environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams around shared outcomes. Experience in highly regulated or data‑intensive industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharma) is a plus.
