Morristown, NJ About the job As Product Owner- PSPV within our Digital team , you will be committed to providing the next-generation healthcare that patients and customers need.
- Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) Product Line, whose mission is to help improve Patient Safety with AI and automation-enabled digital solutions. As Digital Product Owner, you will be accountable to define strategy and roadmap, drive delivery and management, and measure value and impact of the digital product. Main Responsibilities Product Vision:
Set and communicate- the vision for the product, working closely with Digital and Business Leadership and key stakeholders.
Product Delivery:
Define clear and actionable goals to deliver incremental value. Lead delivery of Product from conception, MVP(minimum viable product) through continuous improvements. Define, implement and lead Governance around the Digital Product- to ensure best practices are followed, prioritizations aligned, value realized, risks managed.
Product Value:
Ensure AI-driven insights, automated workflows are integrated in the product and aligns with user journey- data, process, people.
About You Education & Experience:
8+ of experience working in Digital or IT Product delivery or product ownership or product management experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM related field. Master degree is a nice to have. Experience in pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of pharmaceutical Drug lifecycle, R D value chain. technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance ( PV) domain with particular emphasis on Safety Reporting, Compliance and Quality Monitoring, is a strong plus. Experience of software development in a GxP regulated environment is a strong plus.Key skills:
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create Digital Strategies and Implementation roadmaps. Distinctive focus on solution objectives and application of product methodologies Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions, with a strong business and technical acumen Experienced in complex solution implementation & delivery in agile. Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering transformative digital products- particularly in the AI space is a strong plus.
