Job Description Product Owner, Digital Domains Shared Services & Enablement Full-time, Springfield, MA The Opportunity As a Product Owner within Shared Services & Enablement, you will support the strategy and evolution critical enterprise domains, specifically our Digital Domains. You will translate enterprise priorities into a clear vision, roadmap, and prioritized capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration across Operations, Technology, and enterprise partners and includes regular interaction with senior leadership to communicate progress, priorities, and value delivered. The Team The Shared Services & Enablement Team is a highly collaborative group that drives engagement strategy across the enterprise. The Product Owner will shape the long‑term vision for how MassMutual equips its advisors and delivers service to customers. This role blends strategic thinking, cross‑functional leadership, product planning, and operational alignment to ensure that large‑scale initiatives deliver meaningful, future‑ready capabilities that elevate the overall service experience. The Impact The Digital Domains Product Owner is responsible for shaping the strategy and evolution of MassMutual's advisor- and client-facing ecosystem, including the tools, platforms, and experiences that support engagement, servicing, and relationship management across the enterprise. Success in this role is demonstrated through strong contribution to the domain strategy and roadmap, delivering capabilities that drive measurable value and adoption, and ensuring clear alignment across stakeholders. This domain requires strong familiarity with customer and advisor experience design, including how users interact across channels and platforms to complete end-to-end journeys. Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, measure adoption, and continuously improve workflows and experience outcomes is highly valuable. The role also benefits from an understanding of business workflows, process design, and opportunities to drive simplification and automation, ensuring capabilities improve both user experience and operational efficiency. Experience working across digital ecosystems and interconnected platforms is critical, as this role will help align fragmented capabilities into a more unified, scalable, and seamless experience for advisors, their teams, and clients. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support development of domain strategies, vision, and roadmaps Translate enterprise priorities into actionable product features Track adoption, performance, and value metrics Support prioritization and tradeoff decisions Prepare materials for senior leadership engagement Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or consulting Ideal Qualifications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting digital product strategy, preferably for advisor-facing and client-facing portals Familiarity with advisor and client portal ecosystems, including authentication, navigation, self-service capabilities, and end-to-end digital journeys Ability to translate advisor, client, and business needs into clear product priorities that improve usability, adoption, and servicing outcomes Experience partnering across Operations, Technology, UX, and data teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across interconnected platforms Strong understanding of digital experience metrics, user behavior, and analytics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement Experience with digital signature capabilities and signature workflows, including platforms such as DocuSign, to support secure, compliant, and streamlined advisor and client transactions Experience leading eForms and forms digitization efforts that simplify intake, reduce manual processing, and improve end-to-end digital servicing experiences What You Can Expect at MassMutual MassMutual offers the opportunity to do meaningful work within a purpose-driven organization that values long-term impact over short-term outcomes. Salary Range:
