Job Description
If you are a problem-solver who is passionate about ensuring customers are delighted by how products look/feel/work and are looking for a new challenge (as well as an opportunity to make a real difference in how medical students use our products to become ready for practice), we want to hear from you! We are currently hiring a
- Product Owner
- responsible for executing strategic roadmap initiatives related to Lippincott Clinical Context (LCC), inclusive of strategic priorities regarding analytics and shared platform services (such as ecommerce/B2C enablement).
- Job Qualifications
Education:
+ College degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.Experience:
+ 1+ years' experience in digital product development (particularly with Agile/Scrum teams) or equivalent experience in working on products/solutions for the nursing practice marketOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
Required:
+ Demonstrated experience understanding user needs and market trends that are successfully translated into practical plans + Strong knowledge of every stage of the product development process from concept to post-launch + Proven ability to craft workflow and user experience requirements that meet strategic business goals + Working knowledge of integrations with learning platforms (LMS), as well as CE/credentialing workflows and/or enterprise-wide software solutions (e.g., search, ecommerce/B2C, etc.) + Strong oral and written communication skills + Strong project management skills, including ability to develop schedules and oversee work-in-progress for budgeting compliancePreferred:
+ Familiarity with data analytics (e.g., Google, Qualtrics, etc.) and dashboard creation/usage + Exposure to WCAG requirements for accessibility + Certification as either a Scrum Master or Product Owner (e.g., from Scrum Alliance) + Experience in contributing to customer-facing communication plans, creating product demos for stakeholders, triaging/troubleshooting customer escalations (in collaboration with Support personnel) + Familiarity with backlog software (e.g., Jira, VSO, Trello, Wrike) and team communication applications (Slack, MS Teams, etc.)Travel Requirements:
- + Up to 15% travel required (if not located in Philadelphia or New York City office)

Compensation:
- $75,900.00 - $129,950.00 USD _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
