Job Description

Job Description
  •  Assist in shaping a vision for digital experiences that contribute to optimizing the up-funnel eCommerce experience, ensuring seamless product discovery and engagement.
  •  Support engineering teams in translating product ideas into intuitive user stories and workflows.
  •  Work cross-functionally with developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders in operations, merchandising, and marketing.
  •  Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  •  Communicate direction and priorities to the development and QA teams, and work closely with Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI Designers, and partners to build high-value features that meet customer needs and drive sales on our digital web.
  •  Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate effectively.
  •  Advocate for user needs, accessibility and SEO best practices in digital experiences.
  •  Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to support product decisions.
  •  Conduct A/B testing and customer research to validate product enhancements.
  •  Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies to help mitigate potential blockers.
  •  Define and track key performance metrics to assess product impact and drive improvements.

  •  3+ years minimum experience with 2+ years in Digital or e-Commerce in Digital or e-Commerce product management (web/mobile).
  •  Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  •  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  •  Exposure to responsive web technologies and mobile app development.
  •  Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for product insights.
  •  Knowledge of ADA compliance and SEO best practices is a plus.
  •  Passion for digital product development and improving user experiences.
  •  Someone with Agile/product experience
