up to $79.78/hour W2 Position Overview We are seeking a Product Owner to support a strategic, long-term modernization effort focused on a homegrown provider data ecosystem within a healthcare organization. This role will partner closely with an existing, business-facing Product Owner and lead the prioritization and delivery of enhancements to a critical provider data platform, including deeper integration with a maturing enterprise data lake environment. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong product ownership fundamentals, the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups, and a focus on delivering data-driven solutions that support provider operations, contracting, and downstream business functions. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value Determine sprint scope and priorities, balancing inputs from multiple business and technical stakeholders Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements in partnership with Business Analysts Partner with development teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across releases Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Product Strategy & Modernization Contribute to the ongoing modernization of a legacy provider data platform, including decomposition of existing systems and adoption of modern technologies Help evolve product capabilities to better leverage and integrate with the enterprise data lake Support data distribution and integration patterns (data flowing into and out of the data lake across the organization) Ensure product decisions align with long-term data strategy and organizational goals Stakeholder Management & Alignment Serve as a key liaison across multiple stakeholder groups, including: Provider system management Provider relations and contracting teams Data operations and analytics teams Balance competing priorities and perspectives from 3-4 primary stakeholder groups Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment on product direction Team Collaboration Work closely with an established product team, including: 3 Business Analysts supporting requirements and story development Development team (Tech Lead, engineers, QA) UX resources Partner with a current Product Owner to ensure continuity and alignment across business and technical priorities Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent Agile role Proven experience managing product backlogs and driving sprint prioritization Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices Experience working on data-centric products or platforms Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance competing priorities Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare data, particularly provider data systems Familiarity with provider contracting, payer/provider networks, or related healthcare domains Experience working with data lakes, data integration, or enterprise data platforms Background supporting system modernization or transformation initiatives Benefits + Perks Comprehensive Benefit Plan Hollstadt offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid sick leave, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
