Responsibilities Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for product capabilities, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate user requirements into actionable product features. Maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog, ensuring clarity and understanding among team members. Oversee the entire development life cycle, facilitating communication on progress, updates, and potential risks. Act as a customer advocate, representing user interests and ensuring that solutions meet their needs effectively. Skills 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, demonstrating a strong understanding of product management principles. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and driving results. Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role, with leadership experience in coaching others. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or KanBan. Experience using tools like Jira or Polarion for managing product development tasks. Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in long-term care.
