Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee project scope and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of each sprint. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Act as a liaison for external communications and manage stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests. Guide teams to enhance scrum maturity and foster a productive work environment. Transform data insights into actionable product outcomes for customers. Develop and execute product roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders. Define product requirements and lead the functional design process. Track and report on product performance post-launch to inform future investments. Skills Minimum of 3 years in a scrum master or technical product owner role. Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team success. Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Scrum master certification is a plus. Experience with other agile frameworks and techniques.
