Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst with a strong background in payments systems/financial services and Java-based applications(domain work middleware payments). This role will bridge business and technology, driving delivery across complex, data-driven platforms while working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements for payments-related initiatives (ACH, wires, etc.) Translate business needs into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements Lead and support design and requirement sessions Help with internal Project Management processes Create user stories and epics Collaborate closely with Java development teams to ensure alignment on design and delivery Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals Work across upstream and downstream systems, particularly those leveraging Oracle databases Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams

MUST HAVE
