This role is responsible for defining product vision, owning the backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of business critical capabilities through close collaboration with business stakeholders, system integrators (SI), and AMS teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business strategy Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and strategic alignment Elicit, analyze, and refine requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams Translate business needs into well defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements Serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle Cloud ERP modules and related custom solutions Collaborate closely with System Integrators (SI), Business teams, and AMS partners to ensure seamless delivery and support Ensure delivered solutions meet definition of done, quality standards, and compliance requirements Make informed trade off decisions balancing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality Support release planning, cutover activities, and readiness for production deployment Oversee post release validation, defect prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation leveraging Oracle platform capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (e.g., Financials, P2P, Projects as applicable) Experience delivering or managing custom extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows on the Oracle platform Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management Experience working with cross functional, distributed, and vendor teams Ability to clearly document, communicate, and validate functional and non functional requirements Strong stakeholder management, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes and architecture Strategic thinking with a customer centric and value driven mindset Strong analytical, problem solving, and impact assessment capabilities Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to effectively prioritize under changing business conditions Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams Data driven decision making and comfort working with KPIs and metrics The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour.
