Job Description
Technical Product Owner Charlotte, NC Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Product Documentation Analyst with strong technical writing and Agile Product Owner experience to support enterprise application and platform initiatives. This role will focus on developing high-quality technical documentation, supporting Agile delivery processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides, job aids, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base content Manage documentation repositories within Confluence and SharePoint Partner with Product Owners, engineers, developers, and program teams to gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy Support Agile delivery activities including user story creation, backlog refinement, and PI planning Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation Maintain documentation governance, consistency, and content reuse standards Manage multiple documentation and delivery initiatives within fast-paced environments Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product support, or project delivery 2+ years of Product Owner experience within Agile/Scrum environments Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Agile delivery methodologies Strong technical communication and documentation skills Experience supporting complex technical systems, APIs, or developer-facing platforms Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments Experience supporting engineering platforms or developer tools Certifications such as CSPO, Scrum, PMP, or related SDLC certifications
