As a Senior Product Owner, you will be part of the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting strategic initiatives and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

$62/hr What's the Job? Manage and prioritize the team backlog to ensure maximum value delivery aligned with the product vision. Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops. Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with project goals. Represent the voice of the customer and ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. 2-5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or product ownership within a technical environment. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe framework. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented and team-focused mindset.
