Job Summary Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong background in Finance and Accounting, and with specific hands-on experience managing back-office finance systems in an International Organization. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, supporting back-office financial systems for the client. In this role you will Analyze and interpret financial data including derivatives and its accounting processes. Understand US GAAP standards and relevant financial reporting frameworks and consult with business users in suggesting relevant adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders and capture business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows. Conduct daily scrum ceremonies with all stakeholders. Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams and ensure smooth delivery. Qualifications 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services. Certifications like CFA, CPA, or CSPO is a plus. Strong understanding of Financial Instruments, especially derivatives (options, futures, swaps). Sound knowledge on Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies managing backlogs in Azure DevOps at an Epic, Feature, User Story and Task Level. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Data Analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
