Job Description

Job Description As the dedicated Product Owner for new releases of the VIVOHealth Pharmacy app, you will take full ownership of the upcoming release cycle. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the delivery of key features to ensure a successful launch. Supervises and coordinates the staff and daily operations. Oversees and leads the business intelligence function for an organization. Job Responsibility Continuously prioritizing, grooming, and detailing the product backlog items for the upcoming release, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. Regularly meeting with key stakeholders (e.g., pharmacy operations, business development, marketing, compliance) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions, providing clear direction and promptly answering questions from the development and QA teams. Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for new features. Reviewing UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure they meet user needs, product requirements, and maintain brand consistency. Tracking development progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing regular updates on release timelines and risks to leadership. Collaborating closely with QA to review test plans and validate implemented features against acceptance criteria before they are deemed "done." Analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings within the digital pharmacy space to inform ongoing prioritization and future enhancements. Developing and communicating the detailed release plan, including scope, key milestones, and rollout strategies, ensuring smooth deployment. Actively addressing impediments, making informed decisions, and facilitating discussions to resolve challenges that arise during the development cycle. Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the upcoming release to evaluate its impact and inform future iterations. Promotes Product Services & Management department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members. Leads the activities of assigned Product Services & Management team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives. Utilizes current technology to gather, store, disseminate, and analyze information to ultimately make strategic decisions. Uses quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends or anomalies. Collaborates with development teams to design business intelligence solutions. Implements initiatives to minimize external threats or competition and capitalize on opportunity markets. Is involved in the strategic planning process; presents insights to other levels of the leadership on matters of competitiveness and provides recommendations for future modes of action. Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Proficiency in writing clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications. Demonstrated success in defining, prioritizing and managing a product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to translate concepts into deliverable features. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate technical and business challenges proactively.
