$83,000 to $120,000 annually Seeking a Product Owner - Business Systems to help shape and optimize a next-generation business systems platform that integrates ERP, CRM, and other key business applications. This highly visible role will work across departments to improve processes, define system requirements, and drive technology solutions that support both internal operations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, process improvements, and system enhancement opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and prioritized backlog items. Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to guide platform development and system improvements. Communicate system updates, gather user feedback, and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, ERP/CRM administration, or a related enterprise systems role. Hands-on experience with CRM and/or ERP platforms, including implementations, customizations, or system enhancements. Strong experience gathering requirements, managing priorities, and working with technical teams or third-party vendors. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
