Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in enterprise environments. Proven track record delivering intranets, employee portals, or digital employee experiences. Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks, including backlog management and delivery execution. Strong ability to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated success making informed delivery decisions in complex, cross-functional environments. Active Agile and SAFe certifications (required). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Top 3
