Fulltime Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong understanding and expertise in Planisware skills to drive roadmaps. Seasoned Product Owner with strong experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments including Planisware skills. The candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for Planisware set of applications, ensuring alignment with business needs, scientific workflows, and compliance expectations Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies Proven experience in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization Ability to translate customer needs into clear product features and user stories Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Experience in dependency and risk management within product development Roles & Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory timelines for Planisware set of applications Assess customer needs and define product features accordingly Prioritize product backlog in collaboration with customers, development teams, and stakeholders Coordination between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders Identify, track, and help resolve dependencies and risks impacting product delivery Monitor product progress and ensure development aligns with product vision and roadmap Identify improvement areas, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous product enhancements Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals Assess customer needs and define product features accordingly Prioritize product backlog in collaboration with customers, development teams, and stakeholders Coordination between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders Identify, track, and help resolve dependencies and risks impacting product delivery Monitor product progress and ensure development aligns with product vision and roadmap Identify improvement areas, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous product enhancements Bhakti Chaudhari
