Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Manager to join a delivery-focused team supporting a critical ordering function. This hybrid role is responsible for both owning the product backlog and managing the release lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across technical and business teams. This individual will play a key role in driving delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring successful releases from intake through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business needs
• Coordinate and manage release activities from planning through post-production
• Partner with development, testing, and business teams to ensure readiness and alignment
• Remove blockers and proactively drive progress across workstreams
• Manage intake requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Support release scheduling and governance processes
• Build strong relationships with technical leads and stakeholders
• Navigate organizational dynamics to ensure successful delivery outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Product Owner or strong demonstrated interest in product ownership
• Hands-on experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise with work management and tracking tools, including advanced querying and reporting
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ordering or transaction-based systems
• Background in industries with complex service delivery models (e.g., telecommunications or similar)
• Familiarity with release management processes and change governance
• Product Owner certification or a clear plan to obtain one The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
