Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Acting as a product owner and a senior business analyst, you will support the execution of a strategic initiative designed to build a merchant service services, digital application. Work closely with other product owners on the team to perform analysis, gather requirements, and help to design solutions in partnership with Technology teams. Support business readiness activities, such as partnering with communication and training teams to ensure our sales and operations teams are ready to support the backend processes from the digital application experience. Leverage project management skills to stay on task and ensure strong organization and delivery of expected results.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Participate in daily stand ups to understand planned activities for the day and week Work closely with the primary product owner assigned to this initiative to receive direction and support as needed to complete tasks Leverage copilot and other AI related tools to enhance and accelerate your work Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as technology, sales, operations, risk, and other teams impacted by the project Identify use cases for user acceptance, testing, and business readiness deliverables Contribute to or help create PowerPoint slides to communicate the progress of the initiatives Critical differentiators: End-to-end application funnel understanding (prospect ? apply ? decision ? onboard) Ability to simplify complex product/risk rules into customer-friendly flows Strong integration awareness (backend systems, APIs, enterprise services) Comfort balancing: Customer simplicity vs regulatory/compliance constraints Business goals vs technical feasibility
