- Required Qualifications
- + 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, QA Analyst, or similar Agile role.
+ Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. + Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. + Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities. + Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Experience coordinating testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- What You Will Be Doing
- We are seeking a Product Analyst to support a Product Management team in a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and testing teams by gathering requirements, analyzing defects, writing user stories, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting product delivery.
- Product & Requirements Analysis
- + Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
+ Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes. + Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. + Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts. + Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Agile Product Support
- + Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities. + Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools. + Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams. + Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives.
- Test Coordination
- + Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams. + Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. + Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria. + Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution. + Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
