MedeAnalytics, Inc. seeks Product Owner in Richardson, TX. Job Duties Analyze and translate the healthcare client business needs into the product solutions and requirements using Agile product development process; create User Stories from business requirements with the voice of the customer; partner with Product Managers to develop and maintain the product backlog in line with product strategy and business value; collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals; create the financial and time forecast for product development; manage the budget allocated for the feature development for effective product management; calculate and analyze the return of investment for the product and new features development; perform the cost vs profitability analysis for features development and make data-driven decisions on priorities and cost optimizations; develop the product pricing model based on cost and market intelligence data; stay on top of the new trends and best practices in the healthcare industry and incorporate it to the product solutions; serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions; lead scrum teams to support product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while communicating with stakeholders throughout the project; maintain two weeks of fully groomed sprints for the scrum development team, ensuring product backlog items are always correctly prioritized; assess business value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to align work priorities with maximum value to the product strategy; provide backlog management, iteration planning, and user story details; track the product delivery schedule; lead planning product release plans, communicating delivery expectations for new features to stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams; mitigate impediments that impact the scrum team ability to complete sprint and/or release goals; track and analyze the product performance metrics and KPIs and translate the trends to business decisions; analyze and identify the product risks and ensure regulatory compliance through quality assurance and audit. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.Requires:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, Product Manager, Business Analyst or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or related occupation. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Requires any experience with the following special skills: Writing User Stories for product and feature requirements based on healthcare business needs; Incorporating trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to the product solutions; Developing and maintaining the product backlog in line with product strategy and business value for the internal technical solutions; Sharing the knowledge and communicating the information and updates related to healthcare analytics, data processing, and transformation tools; Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and user story details in Jira (or equivalent requirement management tools); Tracking and analyzing the product performance metrics and KPIs and translate the trends to business decisions. 100% telecommuting permitted. 40 hours/week.
