Contract ONLY W2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of a new enterprise intranet and digital employee portal for PPL Services Corporation. This high-visibility initiative will serve as the digital front door for employees and support enterprise-wide HR and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving enterprise digital platforms, backlog prioritization, Agile/SAFe delivery, and stakeholder management in complex cross-functional environments. Top 3 Required Skills Product Ownership, Backlog Prioritization & Stakeholder Management Expert-Level Agile/SAFe Experience & Certification ServiceNow Employee Center & AI-Related Capabilities Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise intranet replacement initiative Own backlog prioritization and day-to-day product delivery decisions Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise goals, timelines, and quality expectations Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate closely with: Product Managers Scrum Masters Development Teams IT HR Corporate Communications Security Teams Implementation Partners Balance competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining delivery focus Agile & SAFe Execution Participate in: PI Planning Sprint Reviews Product Demonstrations UAT Activities Translate business strategy and governance requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as the primary owner and decision-maker for backlog refinement and prioritization Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with: Security standards Accessibility requirements Governance frameworks Support enterprise-wide content governance and platform consistency Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in enterprise environments Proven experience delivering: Enterprise intranets Employee portals Digital employee experience platforms Deep expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies Strong experience with: Backlog management User story creation Acceptance criteria definition Delivery execution Active Agile and SAFe certifications (mandatory) Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to make informed delivery decisions within complex cross-functional organizations Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro or similar platforms Knowledge of AI-driven capabilities within ServiceNow Experience with: Enterprise search Taxonomy Navigation Content governance Prior experience supporting: Large-scale content migration Platform migration initiatives Experience working with system integrators Additional Details Hybrid work model Onsite presence required during PI Planning sessions (approximately 3 4 times per year) Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative High visibility role with executive and enterprise-wide stakeholder interaction Years of Experience 16+ Years of Experience Required
