Primary (Must-Have):

Proven expertise in Product Design and End-to-End Requirement Lifecycle Management

Advanced Business Analysis & Planning capabilities within high-velocity work environments

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for a 6-month remote contract engagement based out of Charlotte, NC. Operating within the Core Banking and Product Management function, the incumbent will leverage deep financial sector expertise to drive business growth, translate complex business requirements into actionable plans, and deliver innovative product designs. Managing the entire requirement lifecycle, this role ensures seamless cross-functional execution and top-tier solution delivery within a high-speed Agile delivery model.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the core banking sector
Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to design innovative banking products that align perfectly with client needs, market trends, and strict regulatory standards
Oversee and optimize the entire requirement lifecycle management process, translating complex business requirements into actionable backlogs, user stories, and technical specifications
Facilitate workshops and strategic meetings to gather deep-level requirements, maintaining strong client relationships and driving absolute alignment across all enterprise stakeholders
Utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies daily to actively manage workflows, monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and optimize delivery timelines
Provide detailed business analysis and planning while conducting thorough market research to capture emerging trends and competitive insights that inform strategic product decisions
