Full Job Description Product Owner Location:
Hybrid - New Albany, IN area
Pay:
$130K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Product Owner to join their team in the New Albany, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting an established platform, including enhancements, defects and feature requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and prioritize the product backlog for an internal ERP system Gather and translate requirements from procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders Collaborate with technical leads to deliver incremental improvements Support ongoing modernization of legacy ERP components and data architecture Partner closely with the Product Manager and engineering leadership to execute roadmap priorities Ensure clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements Act as the primary liaison between business users and the development team Support continuous improvement of workflows tied to materials and supply chain processes
REQUIREMENTS
3-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in technical environments Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience Proven experience working with enterprise systems (ERP strongly preferred) Experience managing product backlogs, enhancement pipelines, and support tickets Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical requirements Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or inventory-related systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Manufacturing industry experience Exposure to ERP systems Experience supporting system modernization or migration initiatives Familiarity with SQL and MongoDB Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools Experience working in Agile enterprise transformation environments

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $130K based on experience. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision and other benefits.
