Contract Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Agile Product Owner Certification (Required). 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner. Strong experience working in Agile software development environments. Hands-on experience with Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning activities. Strong knowledge of Agile ceremonies and product lifecycle management. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience mentoring Agile teams and promoting Agile best practices.
