Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical product management or AI product ownership. Proven track record of shipping AI/ML products from concept to launch. Hands-on experience writing, evaluating, and iterating prompts for LLM-based products. Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data and build dashboards. Technical literacy in API documentation, call flows, and system design. Technical Product Owner (AI)
Responsibilities:
Define, instrument, and report on KPIs for AI products, including resolution rate, conversion, and revenue attribution. Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify regressions, and drive fixes across prompt, model, and data layers. Develop and maintain QA frameworks and conversation review processes. Take new AI use cases from concept to production, including writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and leading launches. Manage vendor evaluations, onboarding, and governance processes for AI initiatives.
