Our growing Ethos IT Team is seeking a full-time Technical Product Owner (REMOTE ) to define, manage, and deliver product requirements within an AI-first, spec-driven development environment. This role partners closely with the Product Director and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions while supporting delivery across the full Agile lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Owner with strong problem‑solving and strategic planning capabilities, able to deliver simple, scalable solutions with a clear focus on user experience and system design. They communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable requirements while aligning teams around priorities and outcomes. With a solid technical foundation and hands‑on experience in modern, cloud-based and AI‑supported development environments, they bring a growth mindset and continuously seek opportunities to improve product delivery and innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Alignment- Collaborate with Product Director to align initiatives with broader product roadmap and priorities. Requirements Gathering
- Translate business and technical needs into structured, implementation-ready specifications. Spec-Driven Development
- Own lifecycle of specifications, including creation, refinement, and validation using tools like Kiro. User Story Development
- Create clear, scalable user stories and acceptance criteria Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Development and QA to clarify requirements and ensure alignment through delivery. Backlog Management
- Prioritize backlog balancing business value, technical complexity, and roadmap goals. Product Design Advocacy
- Promote simple, intuitive, and scalable product and system designs. Collaboration
- Work across distributed teams with high responsiveness during business hours.
