The right candidate is proactive, decisive, and self starting. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Lead backlog ownership and prioritization: define epics/features, write clear user stories, manage grooming/refinement, and keep teams aligned for sprint execution
  •  Drive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups including Digital Technologies, Product Experience Management (PXM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Customer Experience (CX), Digital Development, Global CX, eCommerce Content, Global eCommerce, plus PMO/brand/marketing partners
  •  Manage cross team dependencies, ensure deliverables are owned, and remove blockers quickly (escalate when appropriate)
  •  Represent the workstream in program reviews, sharing updates through status reporting, metrics, and clear visuals/charts when required
  •  Facilitate and lead kickoffs, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder working sessions, and delivery meetings, ensuring action items and decisions are captured and driven to closure
  •  Partner with the Digital Coordinator for day to day coordination support as needed, while maintaining accountability for overall delivery and outcomes (PO remains the "owner") (role design per your direction)
  •  Maintain project documentation (requirements, decisions, RAID logs, timelines, communications) and ensure consistent delivery processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
