This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Translate product strategies into clear, actionable user flows and journeys, epics, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by understanding and leveraging customer needs through persona-based feedback, competitive analysis, and internal planning to define the overall customer journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Customer-Centric Execution
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to inform feature design and prioritization.
  • Validate feature delivery through customer feedback and performance metrics.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout all development efforts. Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor product and feature performance to inform ongoing backlog adjustments.
  • Partner with QA and engineering teams to ensure product quality and technical feasibility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and overall team effectiveness.
Additional departmental duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services industries. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Global perspective with experience managing products in international markets and understanding regional needs and regulatory environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • CSPO).
Physical Requirements:
