Job Description

Product Owner Salary:
$93,750-$125,000 Benefits include: Paid vacation, holiday and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k)/profit sharing
Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a related role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and ensure that the product development team is focused on delivering the highest impact item Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment Experience with Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Creative Agency Experience or worked closely with agency. This candidate needs to have a creative mind as they will be reviewing assets and copy Team member will need to review current process and make recommendations for improvement Experience in working with multiple different levels of business unit and effectively cross communicate Web development and SEO experience would be a plus Bachelor//'s degree in a related field such as engineering, computer science, or business
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product backlog Ensure that the product development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, goals, and requirement Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to gather and prioritize product requirements Develop and maintain the product roadmap and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders Ensure that the product development team is aligned with the company//'s goals and objectives and is working on the highest priority items Continuously evaluate and prioritize the product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives Act as the voice of the customer and ensure that the product development team is focused on delivering a high-quality user experience Track and report on key product metrics, including product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction
