TheCDMProgramis the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's(CISA)dynamic approach tostrengthening thecybersecurity of Federalnetworks and systems throughbetter awareness and visibilityintotheir security posture andcyber threats.

ECSisresponsible fordesigning, building, deploying,operating,andmaintainingacomplete 'Data Services' solution which includesthe collection, normalization, visualization,andsharing ofcyber data from more than 100 Federal agencies.

Role & Responsibilities:

TheSAFeProduct Ownerplays a critical role in driving product development, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the Agile team to define and prioritize user stories that deliver customer and business value.

The Product Owner translates Agile Release Train(ART)goals into actionable backlog items,ensures alignment and manages dependencies with otherART teams, and acts as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.

TheSAFeProduct Owner willtactically manage 1Agiledeliveryteam.

The Product Owner will create and curate the product backlog based on user needs, stakeholder priorities,and technical feasibility.

Theywilluse SAFe Agile best practices to ensure the team delivers high-quality working software. The Product Owner will act as the "face" of the team andserve as the primary point of integration amongthedeliveryteam, stakeholders,vendors,and other teams in the organization.

They will remain aware of industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature service offering. These responsibilities allcontribute to a secure and high-performancecybersecurity platform. Must be aU.S. citizenwiththeability to obtainDHSPublic Trust SuitabilityAt least5years' experience managing similar technical products and services, with a preference forAgile development environments. This experience must include holding teams accountable for meeting both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability,predictability,performance, maintainability, usability, security)At least5years' experience managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment, including vendor and prime/sub partner engagementsExcellent written, oral communication, and presentation skillsSuperior leadership, project management, customer service,and interpersonal skills

Industry-accepted Agilecertification:

Product Owner, Product Manager,Scrum Master, or similar. Hands-on experience delivering in agile environmentsFamiliarity with core cybersecurity concepts, risk considerations, and secure development practices.
