have prior experience with ADO We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team and lead agile delivery for up to 4 cross-functional teams . In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and transparency. You'll work closely with program management, product owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who exhibits a high degree of ownership and results orientation, an aptitude for driving change , and enjoys working in a highly collaborative geographically diverse agile environment. Behaviorally, need someone who is bold and not afraid to challenge, a strong personality that is confident in their skills and can push back as needed. This role is situated in a center of excellence structure within the company and will require a Senior Scrum Master who can lead up to 4 cross functional teams with
VERY TIGHT DEADLINES
to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of a large impact and high visibility program for one of our largest customers.
Qualifications:
Scrum Master Certification required Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively problem-solve, analyze, and react effectively to change Understand implementation details of Scrum Understand Agile Software development process & SDLC Experience working multiple workstreams of engineers focusing on infrastructure, database and development ( Highly preferred ) Experience running distributed Agile teams in a scaled environment. Ability to work in a rapidly growing fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, plan and track sprints, configure workflows, and provide data?driven insights through dashboards, queries, and Agile reporting tools to support team delivery and continuous improvement. (ADO required)
