Description and Requirements Job Description Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and willing to work in office 1-2 days per week Who You'll Work With At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. What You'll Do Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum best practices Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and risks Support backlog refinement and help ensure work is well defined and prioritized What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience leading a team Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, ADO, etc. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
