Job Description
Job Description The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Agile Scrum Master (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to become part of a large Air Dominance Division Mission Systems Software team in Berkeley, MO. This role will support an agile organization to implement new software capabilities within the platform as defined by a capability roadmap. The organization is responsible for the full lifecycle of software development including requirements, design, implementation, and testing for mission systems. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Associate, Experienced, and Senior level Agile Scrum Master. In this role, you will assist the team in executing the Agile development methodology. You will help to eliminate impediments, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and improve the collaboration between development teams. Not only will you adopt the Agile principles, but you will also instill best practices. You will be responsible for coaching software engineers on agile processes, training teams with agile strategies and tools, monitoring team goals, facilitating retrospectives and community of practice meetings, and improving organizational outcomes.
