Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through the development process. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that the team follows Agile principles and practices. Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment. Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to prioritize and deliver high-quality software. Identify and eliminate impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Act as a servant leader to ensure the team has the necessary resources and support. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing action plans based on feedback. Promote a mindset of learning and adaptation within the team. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Provide guidance and coaching to the team on Agile and Scrum practices. Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team culture. Track and report key Agile metrics to monitor team performance and delivery. Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and guide decision-making. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience of related experience, including 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile Development Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Certified Scrum Master, Scale Agile Framework or related experience. Preferred Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Experience in the dental/healthcare/retail industry. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles and practices. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams toward Agile maturity. Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software. Salary Information:
