Hypervisor Migration Scrum Master Location:
San Diego CA ( who are willing to travel for one week every month to San Diego CA can be considered. No travel reimbursement.)Rate:
$68/hr on W2Emplyment Type:
W2 Position- Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale infrastructure and VMware migration programs across multiple datacenters and global time zones.
- Drive Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and wave readiness reviews.
- Define migration cadence, sequence migration waves with application owners, and coordinate infrastructure, engineering, and contractor teams.
- Manage cutover planning, change control processes, downtime windows, risk mitigation, and rollback strategies for each migration wave.
- Track dependencies, remove delivery blockers, and ensure successful execution of migration activities while maintaining stakeholder alignment and operational stability.
- Provide program status reporting, governance, and communication to leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
