Job Description Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives Support Scrum teams delivering data & analytics initiatives (data pipelines, reporting, AI/ML) Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies Track sprint progress (velocity, burndown, KPIs) and report updates Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders on priorities and delivery Identify risks/bottlenecks and drive resolution Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
