>> Experience with infrastructure Projects >> Run the day-to-day delivery cadence for the migration program sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and wave readiness reviews across multiple datacenters and timezone >> Setting the VMWAre migration cadence, sequencing waves with application owners, driving change control, and ensuring a globally distributed engineering team stays unblocked. >> Sequence migration waves in coordination with application owners, infrastructure teams, and the contractor engineers executing cutovers confirm scope, downtime windows, and rollback criteria for every wave.
