  • Scrum Master
  • Hypervisor/VMware Migration Location
  • San Diego CA (5 days onsite) Key Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery for VMware/Hypervisor migration projects.
Run sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Coordinate migration waves with application owners, infrastructure teams, and engineers. Track dependencies, risks, issues, and project milestones. Drive change management, CAB approvals, and cutover readiness. Ensure migration schedules, downtime windows, and rollback plans are documented and executed. Remove blockers and facilitate communication across globally distributed teams. Required Skills 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience. Strong experience supporting infrastructure, datacentre, or VMware migration projects. Knowledge of VMware, virtualization, hypervisor, or cloud migration environments. Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management. Strong communication, coordination, and risk management skills. Preferred VMware vSphere migration experience. Infrastructure modernization or datacentre transformation projects. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe).
