Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a high-performing Agile delivery team. This role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, driving team performance, and enabling continuous improvement in a dynamic and complex environment. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, partnering closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Support Program Increment (PI) planning and quarterly prioritization activities Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items, defects, and UAT activities Monitor team performance metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and Agile maturity Present progress, metrics, and insights to leadership Serve as a key liaison between delivery teams, stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Identify and remove impediments while managing stakeholder expectations Support teams during high-pressure releases and changing priorities Clarify roles and responsibilities within Agile teams to improve efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Active Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working within Scrum frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
